TWISTER MODEL GC96D - DA 96 POS.

Contains the following equipments:

•   Head control with perimetric closing carter.

•   Control crate with oil-bath for the take up thread-guide’s movement with differential; crossing gear shift. 

•   The device of twisting gear shift.

•   Spindle protection with transversal and longitudinal separator.

•   Mobil spindle’s support in aluminium with the anti-vibration oil system and spindle’s brake on belt separation. 

•  Double twist spindle type DTS220L for bobbin diameter 210x250 mm, the brake with sphere.

•   Tangential belt’s length 50mm. Intermediate support for the location and holding.

•   Tendicinghia with screw placed in the mechanic head.

•   Take up aluminium bars complete of pressure and bobbins’ weight compensation.

•   Take up shafts with the bakelite tubes make the bobbins drag.

•   Take up tubes’ internal diameters 44,8 x 230 mm; the length of take up thread-guide  track 200 mm.

•   Independent  inclination.

•   Continuous device of reserve for S and Z. 

•   Feeders shafts with ceramic grill and production speed control.

 The twister model GC96D can process generally average counts and it is very versatile; in fact this machine can be equipped with tour different types of spindles,

thus allowing to cover a wide processale counts range.

The machine is placed on a single deck with spindles on two sides and it is apt to carry big feeding packages.

The most interesting machine features are:

DRIVE

Machine with single drive.

SPINDLES

Placed on the two machine sides, they are fitted on

swivelling supports, which assure a Constant pressure of

the spindles onto the driving tangential belt;

they can be detached singularly during the feeding

 

packages loading and doffing operations.

FEEDING

Centralized type, obtained by means of ceramic discs

feeders and equipped with an adjusting group for the

individual feeder tension, in addition to the simultaneous

tension adjuster for all the positions.

TAKE-UP

On tapered cylindrical bobbins.

The yarn traverse, centralized type, is driven by means of

a cam ; variations by means of gears exchange.

Differential gear for the "patterning" effect and individual

or centralized bobbins tapering.

DEVICES

The machine is equipped with the following devices:

- Formation of the bobbin reserve tail

- Anti-snarling device

- Restart relais in case of short power lacks.
