TEXTURIZER MODEL 3SDX The texturizer machine, model 3SDX, with double heater, produced and equipped to satisfy increasing requirements in the production of texturized yarn, with its complex of features and possibilities, represents a very advanced model. The quality of product, high productivity and efficiency, reliability and ability to manage it, and the contents costs are the characteristic features of this machine. The machine has a double front with its own commands, it is a feature considered as a significant advantage that allows to achieve big operative flexibility by working simultaneously with different parameters. The texturizer 3SDX is particularly adapted to texturize PES threads up to 330 dtex multi-yarn and micro-yarn and contains the base of three feeding shafts. The following main features:
THE COMMAND The computerized machine’s control system eliminates all turnings; single motors, regulated by inverters, control each shaft. COMPUTER The machine is provided with computerized operations’ management and control system. It is composed from a central unit which attains the connections of the various transducers of each single reading data position.
ENERGY SUPPLY Through three shafts with steel chrome-plated calandrine, the system with belts (casablancas type) provided with high capacity, auto-alignment, able to disconnect singularly for an easy manual insertion. HEATERS a) Texturizing heaters constituted from blocks with 6 threads; open to ceramics; warmed up by dowtherm fumes; each block has the probes allowing to control the temperature. b) Fixing heaters’ type – closed: operate for thermal transmission, warmed up with dowtherm fumes; built in mono-blocks with 12 threads per section.
The yarn passage tubes (ambù) can be taken out for a rapid periodic cleaning. The temperature is controlled by the probes. YARN COOLING The contact with a superficially hardened steel track, placed in the exit of the texturizing heater, makes the yarn cooled. FUMES ASPIRATION An effective aspiration system, placed at the entrance and exit of the texturizing heater, eliminates the fumes of combustion and the vapours of decomposition produced by yarn, contributing to maintain heater’s ceramics and cooling tracks cleaned.
SPINDLES The tangential belts, controlled by two asynchronous motors with inverter, transmit the movement; can be taken out individually and offer a variety of number and type of discs’ combinations. THE CONTROL OF YARN Electric sensors, connected to the respective cutters and optic signallers reporting the damage, control constantly each position of the yarn. TAKE UP Disposed on three floors; a single cam for each position, regulated by alternate current, drive each thread-guide zetto, All the parameters, characterizing the formation of a take up bobbin, such as electric troubles anti-pattern, angle crossing, anti-angle are inserted by central computer. Further mechanical order gears - inclination of the sides, compress’ strength and thread-guide track, that form the bobbin, complete the equipping of the individual positions. YARN OILING Yarn oilier is placed on each floor of take up. A reducing motor, that consents the variation of rotation speed , controls the oilier. SUPPORT OF POY Foreseen for each section of the machine, receives not only the feeding bobbins but including the transfer ones (reserve). Bobbins’ loading is much more easier exemplified with the self-centraled bobbins support.
TEXTURIZER MACHINE - MODELLO 3SDX - 216 POS. GENERAL FEATURES
A texturizer machine, having the friction model 3SDX with special "V" configuration, is devoted to produce thin thread and normal yarn, equipped with rototable support of poy, 1 dowtherm Heater System (2 m length) with 6 threads for each heater block, spindles position - configuration "V", 3 shafts, all can be controlled by using the centralized computer. The computer has the function to set up and to check the working parameters. The connections and the signal alarms can be seen on the display. The machine is able to produce PA and PES yarn. The range of produced threads from 33 till 330 Dex Mechanical speed Highest mechanical speed: 1000 m/min. The range of optimal mechanical speed: from 400 till 800 m/min.
Main external machine’s dimensions COMPONENTSThe control of the machine with micro-computer The control system with micro-computer is composed of hardware, especially suitable for the "RPR" machines, and personal computer with IBM supervision (compatible), which allows to set up and check all the working conditions. The main features: -setting up and memorizing the production forms -setting up the temperature (also independently for each heater’s block) -supervision of speed, temperature, alarm and status positions at the same time. -diagrams and database of speed and temperature at the same time. -detailed statistics of the production, including the disruptions, efficiency, the total production and production for each shift. -operation control menu. -access codes to start different functions.
Inverter type "Yaskawa" The advantages of the inverter are following: · Completely silent motorization thanks to the techniques of supersonic modulation. · High exit frequency, adjustable without interruptions. · High work reliability. · Exit frequency 0,01 Hz.

Cutters Cuts and blocks the yarn before the first shaft power supplier, includes centralized signaller of light and individual one. Yarn Sensor The capable sensors are positioned before the take up and include centralized signaller of light and individual one. The sensor gives an elaborate central computer’s signal for the establishment of the take up measure and signal report.
1st texturing dowtherm oil heater. 2 m length, type – open, warmed up by electric resistances and controlled by two thermo-resistances PT100 · Temperature control system + - 1°C, controlled and regulated by computer. · The temperature indicator – on the computer display. · Temperature scale: from 160 to 250 °C
2nd texturing dowtherm oil heater 1,250 m length, warmed up by electric resistances and controlled by two thermo-resistances PT100, situated in oil and vapour bathes. · Precise temperature control + - 1°C · Temperature scale: from 140 to 240 °C · Temperature setting up and regulation – on the display of the computer. · Yarn guide tube, possible to take out for cleaning.
Cooling zone Total length – 1,2 m. The first part is connected with fumes aspiration system, 350 mm length. The system guarantees the production of the yarn without any oil remaining and an increase of the cooling efficiency. The second part, “V” profile, in temperate steel with 1000 Hv, the length 650 mm
Energy supply The first energy supply line is located after support of poy and the yarn cutter, and before the first heater. The energy supply system with belts. The second energy supply line is located after the friction spindle. The third shaft is located after the second heater and before the oiling. The fourth energy supply shaft is located between the second shaft and fixing heater. The upsetting system with the movement of 10mm for the decrease of the consumption of the belts and of the rolls of pressure. Yarn feeding comes from shaft energy supply completed by chromium-plated steel rolls. The insertion Carried out by insertion pistols of compressed air. The connection points for the compressed air are positioned on he machine. Two aspiration pistols will be supplied for each machin
The unity of false twisting The unity of friction type TEMCO FTS4712, 1/8/1 combination, with the ceramic discs. It is possible to change the combination and the type of working in S, Z or S-Z on the spindle. Every side of the machine is equipped with an motor and a tangential belt.
Oiling yarn Individual for each take up floor and the speed is controlled by the computer from 0,5 to 3 r/m (0,4%). The oiling quantity precision is + - 5%. The tank of each machine has the capacity of 40 It and a possibility to connect the system of centralized oil supply.
Take up Arranged on 3 floors with bases in cast iron carrying the breams/bars of take up in aluminium, cylinders of take up in bakelite and boxes of variable motor (zetto) take up yarn guide. Single cast iron cams with a hardening and antifriction covering instruct to yarn guide of the take-up: the movement of yarn guide is assured by a double guided nacelle. The movement is regulated electronically with accelerations variable in the time and intensity. Anti-angle sytem Commanded by interver and computer it is possible to control the increases of speed and intervention time. Linear movement through inverter and computer has the following functions: · Adjustable run from O to 14 mm for each side of bobbin. · Continuous run - fixed length. · Intermittent run - variable length. · The run of various lengths with prefixed or accidental diagrams and intermittent or continues duration of intervention. · The movement “come-and-go” with a regular or variable speed. The crossing angle can vary from 10° to 45°.
Take up bobbin Diameter 250x250 min.; weight 6 kg. The tube 290 min. x 69 min. inner diameter, 57 min. inner diameter folded and 75 external diameter rum. Cylindrical or double conical bobbins with angles of 10, 15, 20°.
Fumes aspiration Centralized fumes aspiration is located over the head and the set of regulation valve. The ventilator inhales the fumes from the inferior and superior part of the heater.
Service undercarriage One for each side of the machine
Support of poyMovable support of poy is located in the external part of the machine. The support of poy is formed from: · 4 floors, 6 supports bobbin on each floor, able to turn over for the loading. · Bobbin energy supply has maximum diameter of 430x200 mm or 360x250 mm. Possibility to form the end transfer. · Support for the beginning/end of the bobbins. · Protection between the floors and bobbins. · Yarn guide tubes with the ceramics passage.
